Universidad Politécnica de Madrid has opened 12 Ayudante Doctor positions, the Spanish analog to tenure-track positions. These positions do not have any particular field of research, but non-applied mathematicians are especially encouraged to apply. While Spanish-speaking proficiency is not mandatory for the application, it will be required after a certain period since most teaching is in Spanish.
