Dear participants,
We have been closely monitoring the development of the coronavirus epidemic. Although we were hoping and expecting that the conference would take place as planned, we have decided to postpone the event.
All over Europe, many universities have prohibited or discouraged international travel. It is possible that participants might be forced to stay in isolation before or after the conference. All in all, in the current situation it seems best to be cautious and to postpone the workshop.
We apologize for all the inconvenience that this decision might cause. The situation is in continuous flux, and we decided to stay optimistic as long as possible. We are confident that it will be possible to reschedule the conference to a later date. We will discuss this and make new plans without any hurry, and will then inform you.
The registration fee will be reimbursed to all the participants that have already paid for it. We cancelled the hotel reservation made by us for the speakers, and we invite all the other participants to do the same if possible. We encourage all the participants who have already bought their travel tickets to try to have them refunded, either from the airlinetravel agent or from any insurance they may hold. If it does not work out, we will do our best to cover any remaining costs and we expect to be able to do so. If the cancellation causes any other problems that we might help with, please do not hesitate to contact us.
We thank you for your willingness to participate, and we hope to see you soon at some other occasion.

Financial support
There are limited funding available for young participants to partially cover their travel and lodging expenses.
Ph.D. students and postdocs are strongly encouraged to apply.
Interested participants are required to ask for financial support in the registration form.
Application deadline for financial support is 12th January 2020.
