Dear all,
The British Isles Graduate Workshop: Geometric flows and related topics is being held between 3rd-7th July 2023 in Inverness, Scotland. It is targeted mainly at PhD students and postdocs, but anyone interested is welcome to apply. It is scheduled to take place before the ICMS workshop on Geometric Flows and Applications in Edinburgh, but the two events are not officially related to each other.
We are now accepting our first round of applications. The deadline for full consideration is 15 January 2023, and we will aim to respond with a decision approximately a week after this date. To apply, prospective participants should complete the following application form. Upon acceptance, a registration fee of £100 will be payable. Pending the availability of places, there will be a second round of applications opening in January, with a deadline of 15 March 2023.
We recommend that any applicants requiring a UK visa complete their application by the earlier deadline.
Note that we expect to cover accommodation and full board for all participants, subject to availability. Neither registration or travel costs will be covered by the workshop, however if you require travel funding to attend, please let us know during the application.
